Camila Moreira

Dr. Camila is a lawyer and the CEO of Be Overseas. She earned her law degree from the Federal University of Paraíba and soon became a licensed attorney in Brazil through the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). She also passed the New York Bar Exam in the United States. After completing her undergraduate degree, she pursued a master’s in U.S. Law and Policy in person at the McGeorge School of Law – University of the Pacific, in Sacramento, California.During her studies, Dr. Camila deepened her knowledge of American law and the U.S. immigration system and its particularities. In 2022, she envisioned, planned, and launched Be Overseas as a way to use her years of immigration experience to help people immigrate legally.She has lived in England, France, and the United States, and as a result, she speaks four languages: Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. Having experienced immigrant life firsthand in various contexts, Dr. Camila now dedicates herself to helping others navigate the complex world of U.S. immigration.

He graduated in International Relations from the Federal University of Paraíba and built his career at the intersection of International Law, immigration, and strategic sales. With expertise in U.S. visa consulting, he specializes in global mobility and legal compliance in the United States. He has held prominent positions at AIESEC Brazil, enhancing his skills in leadership, strategic planning, and international relations. Currently, he works as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Be Overseas, where he leads complex sales processes, strategic partnerships, and customer experience. His goal is to facilitate the path for those who wish to live and work abroad, offering qualified support based on his global experience and specialized knowledge.
Vitória Mello
Lawyer
Vitória Alves de Mello is a lawyer at Be Overseas, specializing in International Law, immigration, and dispute resolution methods. She graduated in Law from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and is registered with the OAB-PB. She excelled in international arbitration competitions, such as speaking at the 29th edition of the Vis Moot and coaching at the 30th edition, as well as securing 2nd place at the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Pre-Moot (USA) and the Guatemala Young Arbitrators Moot.Since 2023, she has been working at Be Overseas, analyzing immigration profiles, drafting cover letters, and guiding clients through various U.S. visa processes. She is a member of the International Law Commission of OAB-PB and NUMESC, where she contributes to training new talents in extrajudicial dispute resolution methods.
Ygor Marcolino
Financial Coordinator
Ygor Marcolino is the Financial Director at Be Overseas and a student of Economics at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto (FEP). A member of the Financial Markets Department of the FEP Finance Club, he complements his education with courses focused on personal finance and market cycles.Since 2023, he has been working at Be Overseas, where he coordinates the financial department, contributing to the strategic management of resources and the development of financial solutions for the company.
Erivaldo Gabriel

Erivaldo Gabriel da Silva Júnior is a Legal Assistant at Be Overseas since 2023, graduated in International Relations from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), with specialized expertise in U.S. immigration law. He has solid experience in advising on consular and immigration processes, including EB2 NIW visas, J1 visas, waivers, and family-based green cards, such as those resulting from marriage.He is responsible for document analysis, completing forms like the DS-160, and providing strategic guidance to clients throughout all stages of the process. Throughout his career, he has developed skills in international trade, intercultural communication, and international customer service, standing out for his ability to tailor legal solutions with a focus on the unique circumstances of each applicant.

He is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations at the Federal University of Paraíba and stands out for his expertise in legal marketing, with a focus on specific areas of law such as immigration and international law.With experience in social media management, marketing campaign planning, and lead generation, he is responsible for content creation, social media management, and metric analysis—always focused on connecting the company with clients seeking specialized legal guidance for immigration.
Aline Soares
Case Manager
Aline Soares Alves is a Case Manager at Be Overseas and a Law student at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). While still in high school, she gained national recognition by achieving a perfect score (1000) on the essay section of the National High School Exam (ENEM), a feat accomplished by less than 0.01% of candidates. During the same period, she was selected for the 2020 edition of the Global Young Leaders Conference (GYLC)—an international program that brings together young leaders from around the world to discuss global issues and develop leadership, diplomacy, and international relations skills—in recognition of her academic performance.In college, she served as Social Media Coordinator for the Student Council of her program (DATAB) from 2022 to 2024. She joined Be Overseas in 2024 and is currently responsible for drafting strategic documents in immigration status extension and change processes, with a focus on the I-539 form. Her work includes writing petitions, statements, and technical texts, ensuring legal accuracy and contributing to the effectiveness of the cases.
Gabriel Santos
Case Manager
Gabriel Santos de Sousa is an undergraduate student in Economics at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and a certified technician in Internet Informatics. He has worked as a researcher at LABIMEC, served as a teaching assistant in Macroeconomics I, and was Sports Director of the Independent Athletic Association, where he stood out for his efforts in promoting student engagement initiatives. He has participated in two international exchange programs: one in Canada during high school, where he was involved in student clubs and cultural activities; and another in London at Bayswater College, where he completed modules on sustainability, innovation, business strategy, and Business English for the corporate environment.At Be Overseas, he works in the operations department with a focus on EB2-NIW visa processes. He is responsible for organizing clients' documentation, filling out forms (such as ETA-9089 and I-140), reviewing information, standardizing files, and ensuring compliance with USCIS requirements. He also provides support to other departments as needed, contributing to the smoothness and oversight of internal processes.
